• Express Delivery (Guaranteed within 3 Business Days) - 16% of Total Retail Price ($21.00 Minimum).
• Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be charged Express Delivery Rates plus a $10.00 service fee per order.
• Puerto Rico residents, please allow up to 8 Business Days for delivery.

• $5.00 service charge will be applied to every order shipped.
• All orders may take up to two business days for processing before shipping from the warehouse.
