30 DAY, 100% GUARANTEE, REFUND POLICY:

Beck's Nutrition offers an exchange or a full refund on all Biometics products.  Simply return the unused portion in the original container to Beck's Nutrition at the address provided upon return approval within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase, and Beck's Nutrition will make the refund.

FEDERAL AND STATE LAW:

Regulations require that Beck's Nutrition provide the following Notice of Cancellation, even though the Beck's Nutrition Refund Policy offers far greater protection than the law requires.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION:

• You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within 3 business days from the purchase date.
• If you cancel, any payments made by you under the contract or sale will be refunded within 10 business days following receipt of your Cancellation Notice by the seller.
• If you cancel, you must make available to Beck's Nutrition any unused portion of the product purchased; or you may if you wish, comply with the instructions of Beck's Nutrition regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller's expense and risk.
• If you make the goods available to Beck's Nutrition and Beck's Nutrition does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to Beck's Nutrition, or if you agree to return the goods to Beck's Nutrition and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the conrract.
